The AMD FirePro™ End User Cashback Promotion (the "Promotion") is open to end-customer purchasers of designated AMD products who are legal residents of Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the UK. The Promotion will be open from 19th August 2013 to 31 October 2024 (the "Promotion Period").

To qualify for the cash back, a purchaser must:

1. Purchase one of the Designated AMD Products (see table below for Designated Products), either stand alone or as part of a workstation system from a legitimate Reseller within the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, UK, during the Promotion Period.
2. Limit: 20 x AMD FirePro W5000 and 5 x AMD FirePro W7000 graphics card cashback requests per person and associated company, physical address, or e-mail address during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Designated Products purchased or Resellers patronized.
3. Visit www.fireprographics.com/discover and complete the claim form to submit the cashback request (a copy of the electronic receipt, or other document from the Reseller must be submitted with the cashback request). Cashback requests must be submitted no later than Friday 15th November 2013.

Request Conditions: The amount of cashback offered will vary depending on the designated product purchased. Please see table below for designated products and cash back values. PURCHASERS MUST RETAIN THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT SENT FROM THE RESELLER IT IS THE PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE CASHBACK REQUEST IS COMPLETED IN FULL. Duplicate, lost, incomplete or late requests, or requests that do not follow all of the stated instructions, will not be honoured or returned. No notice of a rejection of a cashback request will be given to purchasers. Requests that are completed in accordance with these instructions, however, will be responded to via an e-mail from AMD within seven (7) days of submission. AMD is not responsible for invalid, incorrect, or unreachable e-mail addresses that are noted on the request form. If a purchaser does not receive a response from AMD within 7 days of submission of a valid, completed cashback request, the purchaser should contact claims@amd-promotions.com. If qualifying product is purchased through a workstation reseller, the invoice needs to clearly state "AMD FirePro W5000" or "AMD FirePro W7000" as a line item included in the workstation. Return of the Designated Product to the seller following submission of the cashback request may cause AMD to void the request, disqualify the purchaser, and stop payment on any cashback to be paid to the purchaser.

Cashback Conditions: Cashback will be paid in the form of BACS / SEPA Transfer or cheque. BACS / SEPA Transfer payment is available in the following currencies only: EUR and GBP depending upon the legal tender of the country of the purchaser. Cheque payment is available in the following currencies only: EUR and GBP. Payment by cheque may result in your bank making additional charges to you. If you choose to take payment by BACS / SEPA Transfer, AMD will pay for the charges incurred to send the payment and your bank is not expected to charge you for the transaction, however please confirm BACS / SEPA Transfer policies with your bank. Any tax liability is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Payment by BACS / SEPA Transfer will be made within 28 days of the claim approval, which may take up to six (6) weeks to complete. Payment by cheque will be made within 45 days of the claim approval, which may take up to six (6) weeks to complete.

General Conditions: The Promotion is valid only for Designated Product purchased from a legitimate Reseller within the following countries; Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, UK. The Promotion is not available for purchasers intending to resell the Designated Product, whether the Designated Product are to be sold individually or in combination with other products. No clubs, groups or organizations may participate. This offer is not open to employees of AMD, any Reseller, their respective agents, wholesalers, distribution partners or anyone connected with the promotion. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers available on the qualifying products during the Promotional Period. AMD reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer at any time without prior notice. AMD is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion. AMD may declare this promotion void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law. The decisions of AMD in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
