What is a prepaid ‘virtual’ MasterCard?
Can be used for online purchases only. All the necessary card information to make a purchase is sent to you via email, there is NO PHYSICAL CARD. The card will be loaded with the value of your claim, can only be used by the named claimant and has an expiry date.
How it works?
Once your claim has been approved you will receive your rebate within 45 days in the form of a prepaid ‘virtual’ MasterCard.
You will receive an email from [email protected] (add to your trusted email list) confirming your name, card number and a link to register your card. You will need to verify the details that you used when completing your initial claim request in order to register the card.
Once you have registered the card online all the details required to make an online purchase will then be visible.
